Cancellation Policy
There’s a cancellation fee of 100% of the full (not discounted) appointment price for appointments cancelled the DAY OF or for NO-SHOWS. There’s a fee of 50% of the FULL (not discounted) appointment price for appointments RESCHEDULED or CANCELLED less than 48 hrs. ahead of time or if you are over 15 min. late to your appointment. A credit or debit card is required to be on file for all clients for this purpose. The fee will be charged to the card on file. All fees must be paid in full prior to booking any other appointment(s).
